John Murphy

Father, Founder, Occupational Therapist.

“I am committed to delivering quality care through meaningful activities, evidence-based therapy, and modern coaching.”

With inner peace as my cornerstone value, I’ve learned how Occupational Therapy and behavioural therapies have paved the way for creating unique paths to a fulfilling life. Over the last decade, whether in volunteering, clinical practice, or leadership roles, I’ve been able to help both myself and my clients walk these paths toward a life worth living.

Having spent decades in the ocean and on walking trails worldwide, combined with academic training and clinical experience, I learned to relate to the world with curiosity and wonder.   This balance of solitude and fascination with human connection inspired me to create The Insight Paths, where activities and dialogue drive my practice.

My approach is rooted in the belief most of us are fortunate enough to have the capacity for change and the potential to build a life worth living. Drawing on the best of ancient wisdom and modern science, I am committed to supporting you in making your desired changes, whether that involves personal, professional, or relational aspirations.

My work is primarily driven by acceptance and change, supporting you to embrace where you are now while cultivating the mindset and tools needed to flourish.
