Hi, I’m John

I am an Occupational Therapist (MSc, PgDip, BA.) with over a decade of experience in mental health and vocational rehabilitation. I have worked in clinical and managerial roles in both the public and private sectors.

My work has been informed by various modalities, including Occupational Therapy, Behavioural Therapies, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), and Coaching. I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals in one-on-one and group settings, each facing their own unique set of mental and emotional health challenges.
